Currently, NHAT Y is providing warranty for all sold equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's commitment standards. Depending on each product group and manufacturer, the warranty period is committed from 6 months to 1 year.
All warranty cases due to product errors are repaired/renewed in accordance with the warranty policy prescribed for each product group.
Time to fix
- Within no more than 4 hours from receiving information about the warranty product, we will take measures to handle and discuss with customers.
- In case the device has a problem, the technical team tries to find the error and fix the problem in the shortest time. In cases of serious problems, requiring a long time to repair equipment and spare parts. NHAT Y always has temporary solutions to ensure customers' production activities are not affected.
Technical support during the warranty period
While the equipment and spare parts are still under warranty, to ensure the product or system operates well with high performance and few unusual incidents, warranty and maintenance technicians of NHAT Y will come to the equipment installation site for technical inspection, check the condition of the equipment and provide technical maintenance for the equipment.
In case of necessity, NHAT Y will provide recommendations as well as adjustments to the usage process... ensuring the product works best.
